No substitute officers
Only licensed, vetted people on your site
Every officer holds a current SIA licence and has been DBS-checked and referenced. There is no 'cover' officer we pull from a pool — the people with your keys are the people we vetted.

Why Cyclone
These are the six things that separate reliable cover from cover that only looks right on paper.

Briefed before night one
You sign off written assignment instructions before the contract starts: access rules, patrol routes, escalation points and what counts as an incident. Officers are briefed from those instructions, not from memory.
Accountability with a name
One supervisor owns your contract — rosters, standards and anything that goes wrong. You'll know who to call, and they'll know your site.
Cover that doesn't fall over
If an officer can't make a shift, our mobile response team and cover arrangements step in. Your site stays protected; you get told what happened, not left guessing.
Evidence, not assumptions
Incident logs and a handover after each shift — what was checked, what was found and what was done. That record matters if anything is ever questioned.
No surprise charges
Your quote sets out staffing, shifts and price before anything begins. If you don't need as much cover as you thought, we'll say so — a contract you resent is one you won't renew.
Ask for a written quote and compare it — staffing, briefing, supervision and terms. We're happy to be held to it.
